Products with quality defects such as damage or malfunction are fully eligible for returns, even if the packaging is opened.
Final Sale items, clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and official return address before shipping your item back.
Package the item securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outer packaging to ensure proper processing.
Ship the item back within 7 business days of receiving the RMA to maintain return eligibility.
Shipping & Refund Details
